Bernadette has led numerous internal and external consulting engagements to assist clients in operationalizing key talent strategies and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Using collaborative and customized approaches, Bernadette works in partnership with organizations as they approach the difficult task of optimizing their talent, managing change and achieving high performance.

Bernadette has extensive experience working with a broad range of companies, marketing and advertising, energy, financial sector, the pharmaceutical/pharmacy industry, higher education, government, and Crown Corporations. She is the Past President of the Boulevard Club of Toronto.
