Emily is a resourceful, efficient and versatile human resources and recruitment professional with 10 years of experience in both agency and corporate environments.
Her career began in executive search where she developed a strong background in research, talent sourcing and recruitment. From there she took on HR roles at small to mid-size organizations where she managed all HR Generalist services including full cycle recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll/benefits, policy development, training and performance management. Since 2016, Emily has been working as a Recruitment Consultant where she has developed creative solutions using the latest tools, software and social media to provide fast and effective talent sourcing for her clients.
Emily has a Bachelors degree in Communications studies from Wilfred Laurier and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College. Emily is also a Certified Predictive Index Analyst.
