JENNIFER KELLY
Jennifer has 18 years of broad HR generalist experience. Her passion and expertise is in “out of the box” HR thinking tailored to organizational needs, building innovative HR programs that align to business strategy, and supporting executive decision making with data-based analytics.
Prior to joining The Talent Code, Jennifer held progressively senior HR positions with both small organizations and Fortune 500 companies including General Electric, Owens Corning and CBRE Limited (serving financial and technology l clients), where she was responsible for end-to-end HR and talent management development and leadership.
Jennifer is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, a post-graduate certificate in Advanced Human Resource Management from University of Toronto – Rotman, and is certified in Predictive Index.
